Balancing your workout schedule for best results

When you start working out it is very impotent to separate your exercising days,

It helps your dick rebuild itself and protects you from injury.

Lets Divide our exercises to 3 categories:

  1. Kegels and Stretches (These are DRY exercises)

  2. Jelqing (These are WET exercises)

  3. Compressions (WET or DRY exercises)

The free beginners workout program includes 1 exercise from each category,

giving you a balanced workout. In the first month perform one exercise

(category) per day - This is a 3 day cycle.

Kegels and stretches - Can be performed anytime during the day.

Jelqing - Performed after a warm up in the shower .

Compressions - More effective after a warm up, can also be DRY.

Kegel day is usually the Resting\Rebuilding day + a good night sleep.

Give your dick time to rest!

After your first month you can change to 2 day cycle and add more advanced effective exercises to supercharge your growth more on this later...
