By accessing or using this website, mobile site, mobile app or other “DICK ACADEMY” product or service (collectively the "Platform") on any computer, mobile phone, or other device (collectively, "Device"),
you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions of Use
and any other applicable law, whether or not you are a registered member of DICK ACADEMY.
Dick academy may change these Terms and conditions of Use at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to the Platform. Authorization to Contact You
You need to sign in a valid personal e-mail address, in order to get Your account activation details and messages from “Dick academy”. Dick academy may contact you to the email address you provided, in these cases:

Premium Plan Prices and payments
Dick academy’s premium plan is not free, it costs a monthly or yearly price as appears on our platform. We may have different prices set on different pages and prices may change from time to time. The price you paid was approved by you on the checkout process and is your price.
We are not and will not be liable for pricing changes to our services.
You are responsible for paying the Plan fees when they're due. If you don't, Dick academy is entitled under these Terms of Use or by law, to limit or stop your ability to use the services. Dick academy uses 3rd party services to collect money and is not responsible for any Payment Problem, You are always welcome to contact us and we will try to help.
Membership Cancellations
If you want to cancel your paid plan subscription, you can't do that automatically,
you need to contact us (you can find the contact details on our support or ‘contact us’ pages) and ask for cancellation. Your subscription will be terminated and future payments will be cancelled.
Your payments prior to cancellation will not be refunded.
Privacy of Others and Marketing
If Dick academy Platform provides or allows user access with information about another user, you agree you will use the information only for the purposes it is provided to you. You may not disclose, sell, rent, or distribute a User's information to a third party for any purposes. Additionally, you may not use information for marketing purposes, via electronic or other means.

By using Dick academy, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by Dick Academy and its web services on servers. You also agree to receive communications from us to your registration email.

Mobile Devices Terms
If you're accessing Dick academy's Services from a mobile device Your use of the Application confirms your agreement to these Terms of Use.
You must comply with all applicable laws and third party terms of agreement when using the Application (e.g. your wireless data service agreement). The mobile site or application may not contain the same functionality available on the website.
Your download and use of the Application is at your own discretion and risk, and you are solely responsible for any damages to your hardware device(s) or loss of data that results from the download or use of the Application.
Intellectual Property - Applications. Dick academy owns, or is the licensee to, all right, title, and interest in and to its Applications, including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, and any and all other proprietary rights, including all applications, renewals, extensions, and restorations thereof. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any Application and you will not remove, obscure, or alter Dick Acdemy’s copyright notice, trademarks or other proprietary rights notices affixed to, contained within, or accessed in conjunction with or by any Dick acdemy Application.
Prohibited Countries Policy and Foreign Trade Regulation - Applications. Dick academy Applications or their underlying technology may not be downloaded to or exported or re-exported: (a) into (or to a resident or national of) Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any other country subject to United States embargo; (b) to anyone on the US Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or on the US Commerce Department's Denied Party or Entity List; and (c) to any prohibited country, person, end-user, or entity specified by US Export Laws. When using Dick Academy's platform, you are responsible for complying with trade regulations and both foreign and domestic laws (e.g., you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties).

All content on the Platform (except for User Generated Content), including but not limited to text, software, scripts, code, designs, graphics, animations photos, sounds, music, videos, applications, interactive features and all other content ("Content") is a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws and is the proprietary property of DICK ACADEMY; All rights reserved. You may use the Content only for your own noncommercial use to participate in the Platform or to place an order or purchase DICK ACADEMY products. You agree not to modify, copy, translate, broadcast, perform, display, distribute, frame, reproduce, republish, download, display, post, transmit or sell any Intellectual Property or Content appearing on the Platform, including User Generated Content, without DICK ACADEMY's prior written consent, unless it is your own User Generated Content that you legally post on the Platform.Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be interpreted as granting any license of intellectual property rights to you.
Warranty Disclaimer
DICK ACADEMY is not responsible or liable for any User Generated Content or other Content posted on the Platform or for any offensive, unlawful or
objectionable content you may encounter on or through the Platform.
The Platform, User Generated Content, Content, and the materials
and products on this Platform are provided "AS IS" and without warranties of any kind.
Account termination
DICK ACADEMY Reserves the right to block users from certain IP addresses or
Device numbers and prevent access to the Platform.
These Terms of Use remain in effect even after your account is terminated.
The Terms of Use relating to Intellectual Property,
Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Miscellaneous and terms that by
their nature may survive account termination shall survive
any cancelation. Upon termination for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms of Use shall cease.

You assume total responsibility for your use of the platform. your only remedy against dick academy for use of the platform or any content is to stop using the platform.
Events Outside Oor Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure
to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our

caused by any act or event beyond our
reasonable control, including failure of public or
private telecommunications networks (“ Event
