Warm Wash

Warming up is the key to a safe and effective workout.

Jelqing and comping ideally should be done when your dick is warm and lubricated. I like to do my workout during my daily shower.Wash your dick for 3-5 minutes with warm water.

Follow these general guidlines:

While jelqing your dick should be:
Warm, 70% erect and lubricated

While comping your dick should be:
Warm, 90% erect lubricated or dry

While stretching your dick should be
loose and flaccid (not erect) not lubricated and dry
